The challenge
String monitoring flagged underperformance, but couldn’t say which modules were at fault or why.
What we did
We captured radiometric LWIR imagery under IEC TS 62446-3 conditions. AI models classified each anomaly and mapped it to the plant’s asset register.
Outcome
Repair crews were dispatched straight to the faulty modules, guided by a ranked list with GPS coordinates and thermal evidence for each one.
